Please note that although every effort is made to get your item to you first class there may be occasions where this may not be possible due to unforseen circumstances or computer errors. However we will ensure to provide the best service we can.
We are not responsible should your item be damaged in transit, as this is beyond our control. You must not accept an item from your Courier if it has been damaged.
If you are happy with an iterm before you have left our retail shop then no refund will be provided later if you decided you are not happy or change your mind.

Returning a Product: We are happy to refund your product, providing that the product has not been damaged in any way. The customer however is responsible for the postage in returning the product
