This is made up of a 10" Sponge and 12" Fruit Cake in the shape of hearts.  Covered in an ivory sugarpaste and decorated delicately with sugar ivory leaves.  The top tier then has a a fountain effect made up also of ivory sugar leaves.  You then have an iced dot design going around each layer.
