Shop Display Dress - This is a very pretty Kelsey Rose Design in a light pink.  It looks like a two piece but is joined, there is a full length tulle train that can be attached to the back, with pink tulle on the shoulders and accented with pink roses.  The train gives the dress a more flambouyant look.
