Chiocolate and fresh fruit wedding cake - This is a fabulous 5 tier cake.  You have 2 tiers comprising of an 8" & 12" cake and then the back single tier is a 10".  You can have either chocolate or vanilla sponge filling.  Filled with a vanilla & orange liquer filling and then topped off with orange liquer syrup drizzled over each layer.  You then have lashings of fresh strawberries, black berries and summer fruit and then dusted with icing sugar.  Each layer is then enrobbed in a chocolate paste.  This serves ideal as a dessert on your Wedding Day.  Best served on the day with fresh cream.
