I am afraid that it is a poor quality picture and doesn't do the cake justice.  This is a 3 tier sponge cake in a 6",8" and 10" - one sponge and two chocolate.  Topped with a diamante 13 and decorated in your special colours.  Cake can be altered to suit specific theme.
